Storm Shadow, a.k.a Thomas S. Arashikage, is an agent of Cobra Commander, serving as his ninja bodyguard. However, his loyalty has not been completely to Cobra and he has served with the G.I.JOE's under Duke's command, alongside his blood brother Snake Eyes. He first appeared in Marvel Comics G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero #21 in March of 1984.
