Finn is a defected Stormtrooper (FN-2187) who fought for the Resistance against the First Order. His defection was aided by Commander Poe Dameron. Through a series of events on the planet Jakku, he would team up with Rey and eventually meet Han Solo and Chewbacca. Actor John Boyega portrayed the character in Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens, Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi and Star Wars: Episode IX.
