Obi-Wan Kenobi a.k.a Ben is a Jedi Master and teacher of Anakin Skywalker a.k.a Darth Vader. He first appeared in the film Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope in 1977. Droid, R2-D2 was sent on a mission by Princess Leia to deliver a message to Obi-Wan Kenobi explaining the construction of a super weapon by the Galactic Empire called the Death Star. After landing on the planet Tatooine, R2-D2 went off on his own, only to be captured by Tuskin Raiders and eventually being freed by Obi-Wan Kenobi. Actor Sir Alec Guiness portrayed the character in Episodes IV, V, and VI; while actor Ewan McGregor portrayed the character in Episodes I, II and III. The Mighty Mugg above portrays him in his brown robes as an old man from the original trilogy.
