Gamorrean Guards are bodyguards at Jabba The Hutt's palace. They're a strong an unintelligent race only useful for battles and procreation. They first appeared in the film Star Wars: Episode VI - Return Of The Jedi in 1983. One of Jabba's Gamorrean Guards named Jubnuk was assigned to locate a talisman that was misplaced in the palace. Jubnuk's goal was to prove to Jabba his loyalty so he could move his family to far better living quarters under Jabba's rule. His search was quickly brought to a halt when rebel Jedi Luke Skywalker pulled a blaster on Jabba on his quest to free Han Solo from the carbonite. Jubnuk quickly jumped in between the blaster and jabba to protect his leader, but simultaneously Jabba pulled the trap door and sent Jubnuk to the Rancor pit below where he was killed. Actor Stephen Costantino portrayed the beast in the film. The Mighty Mugg above portrays the menacing creature in his armor and wielding an axe.
