Wasp a.k.a Janet van Dyne is a super hero, founding member of the Avengers and possesses the ability to shrink much like her teammate Ant-Man. She was created by Stan Lee, Ernie Hart and Jack Kirby, first appearing in Tales to Astonish #44 released in June 1963. Actress Evangeline Lilly portrays the hero on the big screen in the film: Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018). The Mighty Mugg above portrays her as she looks in the movie.
