Captain America is a superhero and member of the Avengers who first appeared in Marvel Comics Captain America Comics #1 in March 1941 created by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby. He is America's hero and patriot of the country. Actor Chris Evans portrayed him in the box office hit films Captain America: The First Avenger (2011), The Avengers (2012), Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), Captain America: Civil War (2016), Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018).
