Satipo was played by Alfred Molina, who is known for his role as Doc Ock in the movie Spider-Man 2. He first appeared in the 1981 film Raiders of the Lost Ark as a guide to help Indiana Jones obtain the Fertility Idol. After Indy gets the Idol, Satipo soon betrays him and attempts to flee the temple with the treasure for himself and leave Indiana to die. His selfishness would lead to his undoing as Indiana would be the only one to make it out alive and with the Idol.
